Besides the announcement of its new products and conducting an installation workshop, LG Electronics has announced its very own "Installers Incentive Program (IIP)" which aims at enhancing the technical skills and the company's dedication to providing perfect customer satisfaction in Iraq. The seminars, which took place in Baghdad, Karbala, Basra, Erbil, and Mosul over the course of two weeks, were attended by over 1700 participants, double the expected turnout. The training was led by LG team members and trainers who had travelled from LG's headquarters and provided extensive training at the intermediate and expert levels. The seminars were followed by Q&A sessions where the installers could voice their concerns and discuss the challenges they face.


During the seminars, the company has introduced top of the line residential air conditioners which will be launched this year. Some of the most astounding features introduced during this seminar is the "Auto I-Control Ampere+", which was specifically developed for Iraq which allows the air conditioner to be connected to two power sources, such as regular regional electricity and private generators, and automatically switch to another in pre-set low ampere mode without the hassle of rewiring the electricity. Moreover, the new LG air conditioners opened new future for home air conditioners with its Smartphone application called "ThinQ", where the air conditioner can be customized in endless possibilities, just the way Iraqi customers want from their air conditioners.
