New Range of Efficient and Stylish Kitchen Appliances Launched to Meet the Evolving Needs of Iraqi Households


LG Electronics hosted a special event at one of its dealer shops, Al Aqsa, in Baghdad to unveil its latest range of kitchen appliances. Social media influencer Aya Fatlawi was performing a live cooking demonstration, showcasing the efficiency and modern design of these new kitchen appliances. A number of media personnel attended the event, alongside a keen audience with a strong interest in home appliances. This dynamic event marked an important milestone in LGE's ongoing commitment to meet the evolving needs of Iraqi households.


LG Electronics has unveiled a series of new kitchen appliances, including a built-in gas panel, a wall-mounted T-shape hood, and a built-in oven, as part of their latest product offering. These appliances are designed to provide efficient operation and a modern aesthetic appeal to any kitchen.


The built-in gas panel is crafted with a stainless steel cabinet and cast iron stands. It features four burners with varying dimensions and power capacities. The rear left burner measures 100mm and operates at 3.0 kW, while the rear right and front right burners measure 75.5mm and operate at 1.75 kW. The front left burner, measuring 55mm, operates at 1.0 kW. The panel weighs 12.5 kg gross and 10.5 kg net, which contributes to its robust and stable build. It includes user-friendly features such as burners auto-ignition and a gas burner extinction detector. For added flexibility, an optional gas retrofit kit and power cord with plug are available.


Accompanying the gas panel is the wall-mounted T-shape hood made from stainless steel. It offers three power modes and a boost mode for different cooking needs. The airflow capacity ranges from 300 m³/h in mode 1, 470 m³/h in mode 2, up to 620 m³/h in mode 3, with an additional 800 m³/h in the boost mode. These options allow for efficient ventilation depending on the intensity of cooking activities. The hood also features LED lighting with an intensity of 200 lux, providing clear visibility over the cooking area. Despite its powerful operation, the hood maintains a relatively low noise level, ranging from 50 dB in mode 1 to 66 dB in mode 3 and 71 dB in boost mode. The hood's weight is 11.4 kg gross and 13.7 kg net. It also includes a washable aluminium grease filter, enhancing its functionality and ease of maintenance.


Rounding off the new line-up is the built-in oven with a large capacity of 72 litres. The oven dimensions are 595 × 595 × 565 mm, with a net weight of 35.6 kg. It is designed to seamlessly fit into your kitchen with its embedding dimensions of 600 × 565 × 565 mm.
